Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-04-18 | Version 2026-04-18

By creating an account or using QuickInvoice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

QuickInvoice provides software for creating and managing invoices, quotes, expenses, and related business records. It is offered "as is". While we work hard to keep it reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly at quickinvoice101@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use QuickInvoice.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the invoices, quotes, client data, and other content you create with QuickInvoice. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to input any client information you add.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use QuickInvoice for fraudulent invoices, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or otherwise compromise the service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to QuickInvoice without our written consent.
  • Upload malicious code, or content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time from Billing Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Japanese users may have additional refund rights under the Consumer Contract Act; users in the EU/EEA may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law. In all cases, applicable local law governs.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings, then Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where practical. Tax-record retention obligations (see our Privacy Policy, Section 6) survive termination.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

QuickInvoice is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to outages or failures of third-party infrastructure providers (such as Supabase, Vercel, or Stripe), internet disruptions, natural disasters, acts of government, or other events outside our direct control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version date at the top and notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service and may delete your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
